To mark UN World Meditation Day, the Global Retreat Centre will host a special event as part of the nationwide Brahma Kumaris initiative. ‘In the Light of Meditation’ will enable you to explore the power of meditation through a blend of short reflections, guided meditations, gentle music, and moments of silence.
Coming together in meditation creates a powerful atmosphere, allowing us to radiate positive thoughts and strengthen a shared intention for harmony in our world.
