Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, these mornings invite you into intention, presence, and collective coherence. Each session is an opportunity to weave our energies, elevate our inner states, and step into the day with clarity and calm.
We meet live on Zoom each morning at 7:30 AM ET. You are welcome to join us for a single morning , a full week, or as often as you would like. New themes every week.
Our theme for the special week starting Dec 21st, will center on awakening inner light and amplifying collective coherence, with guided experiences designed to support peace, clarity, and presence. Registration is free and includes access to the daily session link.
What to Expect
• A welcoming, supportive group atmosphere
• 15 minutes of guided breath meditation
• 30 minutes of personal practice
(mantra, breath, yoga, prayer, writing, journaling, or quiet reflection)
