The Light of Meditation

As we all can see that people in the world are going through a period full of problems and difficulties. In this situation many souls are suffering and experiencing sorrow, unhappiness and peacelessness. Though we cannot do much physically or materially to help them face these situations but as they are our spiritual brothers we can spread vibrations of peace for their benefits.

This month Brahma Kumaris, UK is delighted to be supporting the UN General Assembly officially proclaimed 21 December 2025 as the UN World Meditation Day, dedicated to fostering mental well‑being and advancing global peace.
